• A donation link to support the project (processed externally)

3. Intellectual Property

The website design, layout, code, branding, and original prompt descriptions are the intellectual property of PromptVault / Danial and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

3.2 Prompts

The AI prompts available on PromptVault are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You are welcome to:

• Copy and use prompts for any personal or commercial purpose
• Modify prompts to suit your needs
• Share prompts with attribution to PromptVault (appreciated but not required)

3.3 Generated Prompts

Prompts generated using the AI prompt generator are created based on your input. You own the output and may use it freely. However, the underlying AI model and generation service are provided by third parties (Puter) and are subject to their terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or copy the Service content at scale without permission
• Use the AI prompt generator to generate content that is harmful, illegal, abusive, or violates the rights of others
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell the prompts as part of a competing prompt library product
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

6. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that:

• The prompts will produce accurate, complete, or desired results when used with AI models
• The Service is free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities
• Third-party services will function correctly or be available

You use the prompts and the Service at your own risk. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of prompts with AI models or other systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• PromptVault / Danial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which is $0, as the Service is free)
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of or reliance on prompts generated or provided through the Service

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PromptVault / Danial harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Availability and Modification

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
• Update these Terms at any time
• Add or remove prompts from the library

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
